FRENCH REVOLUTION – Car Show of New England
September 28 - September 29
Saturday, September 28th
The Weekend’s activities begin on Saturday morning with an all French car show at Endicott Park in nearby Danvers, Massachusetts. Endicott Park encompasses 165 acres, and is home to some of the most unique and varied recreational land on the North Shore. Also the Danvers/Peabody area features some of the most affordable lodging options in the Boston Area. The day will include a wide variety of activities catered to French Car enthusiasts including a seminar, tech session, as well as a BBQ lunch and awards give out by a people’s choice vote in multiple French classes. For those who drive Renaults to the event, their will be an opportunity to have your car photographed at the former home of Danvers Highland Auto Sales the local Renault dealer from the 1960-1980s.
Sunday, September 29th
The intent of the show is to be an annual celebration featuring all automobiles of French origin, however we want to highlight a specific marque each year for their contributions to the automotive community. For this first event we have chosen Citroen for a number of reasons including: their numerous automotive firsts, daring styling choices, as well as their historic international expeditions, and sporting accomplishments. 2019 also marks a significant milestone in Citroen’s history as it is the 100th Anniversary of the company being founded.
