The F3N engine was used extensively in Europe by Renault and Volvo in there 300 and 400 Series cars, notably the 480 Turbo that was developed with assistance from Porsche! If you jump up to the F7P size 1764cc you can use it's 82.0mm pistons as both have the same 83.5mm stroke. The F7P was fitted to the Clio 16v and R19 16v and as a performance car has a number of forged piston options too, although probably a bit excessive for your needs!

    Here's a link to a company that sells the F3N pistons: http://www.ep-motor.com/product/cyli...kit/volvo/6928

Have search on eBay UK too.

    Hope that helps.
